NYX and The City!

Today my new NYX 112 colour eye shadow palette arrived from Makeupnet.com.au. I had been searching online for this product for a week and then my gorgeous friend from Makeupnet found it for me. I was very excited and super happy to be getting this glamorous palette. Now everyone who gets to know me finds out what a major NYX fan i am. It is my fave brand (i also love e.l.f.) Not only is it a brand that offers top products but they are at great prices that every girl can afford when living on a budget. I can buy NYX products and get a great result with my makeup application the same as when i use higher end products.

So the posty delivered my new baby palette and i was like a little kid in a candy store! Makeupnet.com.au had sent it to me wrapped like a present, in my fave colour, hot pink, This is a great day! This product is everything i hoped it would be. The eyeshadows are highly pigmented and rich. I was shocked when i applyed what i thought was a lighter brown colour to my outer crease and it ended up a warm brown, i was very very pleased! So after i got over some of the excitment of my new giftie i decided it was time to play. I have posted pics of the look i created with the NYX 112 palette today and also the other products i have used. But you can recreate this look with other palettes and brands. I was having a coffee catchup with my mum later on so i thought i would choose a subtle dusky eye. Hope you like it. NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk (for the water line to open up the eyes more)
Napoleon Perdis Black Mascara (always curl your lashes before you apply the mascara)

Mirenesse 3D Forever Gloss in Lust Me (put a touch of white pencil just above your cupids bow to give your lips a bigger effect)
